Kevin Steed our head coach invites you to our new circuit training sessions, these include:
strength, flexibility, agility, speed and cardio components, these efforts are 100% suitable for everyone whether olympian or beginner level.
Over many years this has proven to help regular attendees reach running goals and dramatically reduce injuries.
These sessions require a small fee, you can pay in a block or pay £4 weekly.
Fees are just to cover hire of facilities and not for profit.
During the summer months the sessions move outside to Waterside running track
