The ladies team headed by their newly appointed captain Tina Burton won the Captain's Challenge over the second May bank holiday weekend with an incredible display of costumes in a week that saw beautiful sunshine and torrential downpours !

 

One of our older members Clive Dunico took part in a virtual Vitality 10k race over the weekend and finishing in 1 hour and 44 mins so congratulations to him.

The popular Essex Trail Events held another narrative trail race on Wednesday called Beat About The Bush the 5 mile route saw 5 CPJ's taking part with Garry Staines making his debut at one of these events:
