The Young Runners are headed by Sarah Norton, you can join her and the run leaders team on Saturday mornings 10 am to 11am

Tuesday evening 6pm to 7pm

These sessions are led by qualified coaches and therefore follow UK Athletics training model for age group.
They include work on all advised race distances and include conditioning and technique elements. Most importantly they are enjoyed by all participants.
Suitable clothing and footwear, a drink, possibly sun protection and energy are all that’s required.
