As you are all aware Castle Point is now placed under tier 4 restrictions which means for the time being that all training session have been cancelled. We will review the position after the Christmas period as we know how important our activities are but we have to be sure that we do more good than harm.
Your health is our concern but your responsibility please only run with one other person at the present time and do not train if you are feeling unwell
Castle Point Joggers was formed in 1975
by Alan Perkins making us one of the oldest running clubs in the country. Over the last 40 years it has developed into a very special club that encourages people of all ages and abilities. Our ethos is simple 'Fitness, fun and friendship' because running is a great sport that can be enjoyed by everyone. You can do as little or as much as you like, there is never any pressure to take part but there are many races and events to be involved in, if you wish. From parkruns, 10k races, Full & Half Marathons, Trail and Cross Country Championships.
